Training and guide content your Coterie's creator publishes for members.
What resources are
Beyond the engagement loop itself, creators can publish resources — training material, guides, playbooks, whatever helps their members get more out of the community. Think of it as the difference between a community that just runs sessions and one that's actively invested in making its members better at what they do.
Resources live inside the app alongside your dashboard and assignments, so you don't have to go hunting for them in a separate wiki or shared drive.
Collections
Alongside guides and links, your Resources list may hold collections — sets of tools your creator has grouped together. A collection called "Client onboarding" might hold an intake form, a questionnaire and a proposal builder, presented as cards rather than a list of links.
Open one and you'll see each tool with its own name, a line describing it, and an icon. Click anywhere on a card to use that tool — it opens inside your Coterie, with a link back to the collection it came from.
A collection only shows tools you can actually open, so what you see is what's available to you. If a collection looks empty, the tools in it have been taken down rather than hidden from you specifically.
Access
Some resources are open to everyone in the community; others are gated to specific plan tiers, if your community offers paid access levels. If you can't see a resource you'd expect to, that's worth checking with your admin — it may be tier-gated rather than missing.
Tools inside a collection are for members of this Coterie. If you send someone a link to one and they aren't a member, they'll get a not-found page rather than the tool — which is deliberate, and worth knowing before you share one.
